What this site provides
Wise Caregiving® publishes free guides about starting and running a non-medical home care business in the United States, and sells editable business templates through our store at shop.wisecaregiving.com.
Information only, not professional advice
Our guides and templates are general information based on our experience in home care. They are not legal, tax, medical, licensing or other professional advice.
State licensing rules change often. We work to keep our state guides current, but we cannot guarantee they are complete or up to date. Purchases and digital downloads
Purchases are made on our Shopify store and are also subject to the terms and policies shown there. Products are digital files delivered by download. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

License to use our templates
When you buy a template, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and edit it for your own home care business. You may not resell, share, give away, publish or redistribute our templates, in original or modified form.

Wise Caregiving® is a registered trademark. All text, templates, images, graphics and product photos on this site are owned by Danielle Foley and protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse them without written permission. We monitor for unauthorized use and will act on infringement.
Acceptable use
You agree not to copy or scrape site content, interfere with the site’s operation or security, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Links and advertising
The site contains links to other websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control those sites or advertisers and are not responsible for their content, products or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
