What happens after I purchase?
After completing your purchase, you will immediately receive a download link for your files, unless verification is required. The high value bundles are reserved for home care business owners that have already registered their business. Once a support agent at Wise Caregiving can verify by looking up your business name on the gov’t website the bundle will be released, otherwise you will receive a refund. To request verification simply reach out in the chat and provide your name and business name-the two must be listed on the document.
Your download will include:
• organized folders containing the templates
• instructions for opening the ZIP files
• instructions for editing documents
• instructions for adding your logo and branding
For packages that include a custom policy and procedure manual, our team will contact you to collect the necessary business information before preparing your documents.
How long does it take to receive a custom policy and procedure manual?
Preparation time for customized manuals is typically 1–2 weeks, depending on the current order volume.
Our policy writers review your agency information and prepare a manual structured to reflect the regulatory framework for your state.
If the state surveyor requests formatting changes or adjustments after submission, the service includes one revision to address those requests.
Can I edit the templates?

How do I download and open the ZIP compressed files?
All template bundles are delivered as .ZIP compressed folders.
