Can I edit the templates?

YES!You can edit any of the Microsoft WORD templates in this shop! If you do not have Microsoft Word you can use libreoffice.com as an alternative -it’s FREE

How do I DOWNLOAD THE >.ZIP COMPRESSED FILES?

TO DOWNLOAD .ZIP (Compressed File) FILES:

Step 1# On a desktop computer-download the provided .zip file
Step 2# Go to your download folder in your computer files
Step 3# Next you need to “click EXTRACT ALL” the files
Step 4# Select your destination to place the files and click select folder
Step 5# Click EXTRACT

Can all the templates in the shop including the policy & procedures be used in the U.S.? Canada?

Yes! The templates can all be edited and have been put together with State/Provincial requirements in mind. State specific laws need to be applied in some of the documents. The templates are in English and apply to home care requirements in the U.S. / CANADA.

Do the excel forms have formulas already integrated?

Yes! and you can change the amounts you plug in the private side panel of the spreadsheet

Are the ABOBE files hybrid? Can I print the form and fill it out manually?

Yes, they are designed with being a printable form as well. That means no drop down menu’s or roll selection bars. Everything on the form will be printed as you see it

Do I need to obtain a license to operate a non-medical home care business?

You will need to register your company, but as far as obtaining a license that will vary depending on your location. Make sure to check with your government public health department online or in person to see what the requirements are.

Can I re sell or distribute your forms or digital prints?

NO! The templates are for personal or daily business use and are not permitted to be resold or redistributed. If it is found that these forms are being used for financial gain legal action will be taken.
